Overlap Problem
Have a problem when strokes of my script typeface overlap...it inverts the shape where it overlaps. Any clues as to how to fix this? (See Attachment)

Where is it doing that, in applications or in the design program? You may need to fix path directions, or it could just be a visual indicator in that tool to let you know where there’s overlapping. Hard to say what’s going on without more information.

It’s happening in CS. Doesn’t happen in FontLab.

i doubt it’s just happening in CS, check your path directions.
