I don’t know if it’s a font, but I’d say it was inspired by:
’Espanglés’, by Harold Lohner, which would — of course — be inspired by the ’El Corte Inglés’ logotype. (Available from Font Bros.)
A ’sadlyenoughnotasquirky’ alternate may be ’Futura Script’.
