I wonder if anyone has any ideas, has the Humanist meets Geometric feel, looks a bit Gill but isn't.

looks like ITC Johnston, but the L's dont seem quite right.

Johnston (and New Johnston) were amongst the ones I rejected, but thanks for the thought.
I have also looked at the obvious contenders Agenda, Metro, Bliss, Geometric 415 etc
The jpeg has made the underside of the beard of the G seem a bit straighter than it really is.
