Can anyone help me by identifying the fonts used in the attached poster for Peter Sellers’ ’The Party’?
Cheers

A BLAKE EDWARDS PRODUCTION is set in Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk Compressed bold
The rest looks like it’s hand drawn

The more quirky fonts were probably hand drawn, as John suggests, but there are quite a few fonts out there that are quite similar. Here are a few suggestions from House Industries that I use (www.houseind.com)
Coop Condensed / Ed Interlock / Las Vegas Jackpot / Shag Exotica or Lounge
You might also try Font Diner (www.fontdiner.com) or Ray Larabie’s fonts (www.typodermic.com)

The main font is Birdie Num-Num Condensed.

What a movie! I watched it with my kids a while ago and they both went: “Aha, that’s where Mr. Bean got his inspiration!” :^P

Ha!
Thanks, everyone -
Great movie, and great help from youse lot!
I ended up using House Industries’ Coop Compressed for the header with a little Ed Interlock for spice -
PizzaDude’s Joint for the ’Peter Sellers’ -
Berthold Akzidenz Grotesk for the rest
Cheers
