lookin for an icon library / collection

Hi there,
I am designing a software interface and wanted to shop around for a good set of icons. I need generic ones about 20 pixels/square maximum from calendar icons to resources, users etc... could someone point me in the right direction? I need a large collection, one that can be used commercially.

Free for use - just need to attribute James, send a link back to his site and, if you're feeling really nice, sending him an email showing how you're using his icons.

superb icons, good looking and very good to identify which is sometimes a problem at that size. It looks like I find almost all I need in this collection. Some I will try and add myself copying your style if that is o.k.
