I tried searching for monolines like this, but found no exact match. Its possible it may be a proprietary font of someone’s. i say “someone’s because proprietary fonts have a way of escaping the premises into the public. A similar style that is nice is Charles Borges’ http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/charlesborges/louisiana/

I have ’Louisiana’ on my computer, it’s a really pretty font but it’s just not the same with the font I requested above ^ oh well,
