This is probably custom, since it’s a logo and the “e”’s are different. You might like the scripts in the Charles Blumlein Collection, especially Miss Fitzpatrick, Miss Lankfort, and Mr. Rafkin.

Well, I’ll give two other suggestions, though I doubt they’re much closer to what you’re looking for: Handsome and Estilo Script.

House Indistries Ed Script, League Night & House Casual (all in the list in that link) are upright scripts with a fairly consistent line width, but none have the “reversed 3” e of your picture.
