The bottom one looks like copperplate with lots of bleed
Is the second one Copperplate Gothic? Sorry, I’m pretty new to all of this myself...
And since the second one is common for Win users, maybe the first one is Tw Cen MT Condensed... as smongey says, with a lot of bleed.
Still waiting for some of the real experts to confirm or disprove...
