(x) Swashy italic - Adobe Caslon {Florian}
At first I thought it was Hoefler Text, but there are some differences.

looks like Adobe Caslon Bold Italic by Carol Twombly, with Swashes and Osf (but no ‘Th’ ligature – shame! ;-))

I think that’s a definitely, and awesome, because Adobe Caslon is almost certainly my favorite serif font :D

Edit: and yeah, it looks like they forewent the Th ligature; see my image for comparison.
