Also...the font used for the “WORLD WAR” looks 3-D. What font is that ? Or is there some way to make the text 3_D like that ?

It doesn’t work that way.

That lloks like some beveling, embossing, and texturizing done in Photoshop. Done badly, mind you. Special effects do not make for good design by themselves. I suggest you avoid it.
