Not at all condescending, Dan and thanks for commenting!
Museo Sans will have the same language support as Museo (including Romanian) and will also have "extended" numerals: lining tabular, lining proportional, oldstyle tabular, oldstyle proportional, nominators, denominators, superiors and inferiors. In total exactly 500 characters per font.
Thank you André! My intention indeed. Hope it will work out that way. I'm thinking about making a condensed also and maybe an extended, but first I'm going to release this. It still has to be spaced and kerned though (by Igino and iKern).
FWIW: I've determined pricing. The 500 weight and the 500 italic will be free. The paid weights/styles will be $16,50 each and the complete family of 10 fonts will be $99,95.

Looks like Museo, but without the serifs... ;) Will it have extended language support, Jos? (To be honest and selfish, I only care about Romanian.)
Anticipanting your next blog post ("Museo sans gains glyphs"), I'd like to say: "Have a fruitful weekend!"

By the way, I hope that didn't come across as condescending. Because it is beautiful work, as we've come to expect from you.

Just seeing it makes me want to land a big publication job (or any job!).

Yee-hah ! Looking good and by what I see it works great for both text and display. Very good.

Thanks James, I'll cross my fingers now and then.

It's really cheap, jos ! Thank you to allow the small indy-designers to use your types with that kind of price.

Thanks Hugo! I guess I can count you in then :-)
7.Sep.2008 4.30am

More than welcome André. BTW it's $9,95 per style when purchased complete
(or $12,50 when you don't count the free ones).

I've been workling with Museo for a while now. The Sans version looks super. Great work Jos.
What's next? =)
I love type!

Thank you Tobias. Next is Calluna (+Sans). Here's a first glimpse at the italics.

Nice...very nice.

I've always been tempted to create a typeface myself,
but while reading/seeing things like this is inspiring.. its also _very_ intimidating.
Nice.

Jeff, Museo Sans wasn't built in one day :-) Don't let it intimidate you.

I've set up a Museo Sans page. The release will be real soon.
