I’m an intern for WilDCOAST, and there’s usually some type of flyer or poster they need.

It wouldn’t hurt to send an email inquiry. I can’t make any guarantees, but it’s a good cause.

You and about 100,000 recent graduates are trying to get work this way. You’ll get more work hanging out in bars talking to strangers. And that work will probably pay!

I think you would be better off finding someone to sell your services to. Being a good salesperson can be as important as having good design skills so use this time to learn how to sell yourself to a client.

If you’re in a smaller area then join your local chamber of commerce as a graphic designer. It’ll probably cost you ~$75 to $200.

I did this after college and got several good, paying jobs out of it.
