There used to be a digital version from the now defunct Image Club Graphics.
Strange. I wonder why Monotype hasn’t re-released it.
The Hutch might shed some light on that.
It is out there digitally, but only, to the best of my knowledge, bundled on (older?) CorelDraw CDs — complete with an ITC copyright.
I think that is where my copy came from, yes.
