what typeface Martin Kvamme used in this design?

I think he messed about with Hoefler Text. Other options: Farnham Display, Adobe Caslon.
This definitely started out as Adobe Caslon Italic with swashes. The simpler characters like ‘e’, ‘n’, ‘a’ (which he left alone) are the clue. Dead giveaways: the ampersand and the alternate ‘w’ in ‘Norway’.
