Here you can see a P D F (Italian-English) of my new book 'Regole editoriali, tipografiche & redazionali', with a Preface of Martino Mardersteig and a Postscript of Alessandro Olschki:

This is great news, Fabrizio. I for one will certainly buy a copy of your book (by the way, is it already available in Italian bookstores?).
I didn't have the time to read carefully the PDF yet, but it seems very interesting.
One thing I am very curious about is this: Italian typographic and editorial rules have many differences from other countries' styles: I am wondering if this is stressed often enough in the English version of your book (but I am pretty sure it is).
As one of the few Italian designers who browse the Typophile forums, may I suggest to to edit the title of your post and possibly add an English translation, too? I am afraid very few people here are fluent with the Italian language, and it would be a pity if most people woud skip your post, especially considering your book offers a bi-lingual text.
Looking forward to read your book!
Ciao

'Publishing, Typografic and Editorial Rules' is the English translation of the title of my book.
I hope you'll like it.
You can buy it now directly on the publisher's website where is the P D F. As on the market (about July 15th), it will be possible to buy this book also by www.internetbookshop.it.
I am pleased from your interest.
Ciao,

Fabrizio

'Publishing, Typographic and Editorial Rules'.
This is correct.
Sorry for my mistake.

'Publishing, Typographical and Editorial Rules'.
Maybe... is this a better translation?

"Rules"
In English, more of a style guide.

Dear Paul,
thanks! Compliments for 'The branding of Polaroid': do you know what we say here in Tuscany for people that are so able? Che... sei un 'ganzo'!

Dear Nick,
sure. I hope that my 'Rules' could be more of a style guide. I hope.

Ciao,

Fabrizio

Ciao, Fabrizio -- Ganzo in my old dictionary translates to lover in English. For someone my age that's quite a compliment. I'll be sure to tell my wife. Molto spiritoso.

Continued success,

Paul
