This looks soooooo familiar. I would really appreciate any help in determining what these two fonts are.....

The secondary typeface is Bank Gothic.
No idea about the main one.

SPLINE has me stumped. The rounded E and L seem quite distinctive. Hmmmm.

SPLINE is Phil Martin's Corporate Gothic. Looks like it's been stretched a bit.
