Custom on Avenir Heavy?

Looks like a poorly modified Gotham Medium

Gotham Medium with a custom drawn e (they probably used a lowercase o as a starting point), shortened T and P, and truncated r.

I think it is based on Insignia.

Of course, you are right Akira. How did I miss that?
