Another place to look for these types of historical faces is Letterhead fonts.

Without too much searching, it looks like Ephemera by Tom Kennedy has the same feel. I'm sure there are more scripts tucked away.

Tough to pin down, but it's likely one of the gothics: Trade Gothic, News Gothic, Alternate Gothic...
