Sans font ID - Hines

I need help with the name of this font.

I think is looks like Red Rooster Saint Louis Extra Bold that has been squooshed to make it narrower/higher.(The Solotype catalog calls this style "Players".)

I may be naive but I don't think they have anything but the picture of the font.

Thank you for the Saint Louis font ID. I happen to have a CD of Opti Fonts. I did not know that they were pirated fonts.
