Looking for identification for the word “APOPKA” if at all possible.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Suggestions for a better pairing than the current one are also welcome.

It may have started as Goudy Handtooled (the 'P' is the best evidence of that), but perhaps over years of tracing/copying it morphed into this?

If so, Goudy Old Style would be the obvious choice to pair it with.
