Indeed. It looks like the sort of calligraphic display that some artists use to demonstrate their skills -- men like Hermann Zapf, Arthur Baker, Philip Bouwsma, and many others, do this sort of thing to show the rest of us that fonts don't do everything.

This looks like a hand drawn logo to me. I doubt there's a font with such creative swashes.

It is a rob Leuschke font, and he does have a website where this font can be viewed
