I happen to love this open letter to the Zappos CEO regrading the company website.

Might be old to some, but I just found it.

Thanks for posting. This is great. He forgot to mention that the logo is horrible.

Indeed. It's a shame because Zappo's comes across as a great company, I just wish their designs communicated that.
