ID: Book printed in Mexico, 1929 (solved!)

Cristobal Henestrosa's picture

This is a facsimile of a book entitled Los hombres que dispersó la danza, by Andrés Henestrosa (yes, he was my relative). It was printed in Mexico by Compañía Nacional Editora Aguilas S. A. in 1929.

Anyone knows what typeface is this, or if something similar has been digitized?

Nick's Fonts, IIRC, has something similar. Check on MyFonts.

Impressive, David. Thank you very much!

Tiffany: Thanks for the tip. Now I know that one of Nick’s fonts, McKenna Handletter, is kind of similar (and released originally in 1923 by ATF, BTW).

Oh jeez. I always forget about LTC's version of some of the older fonts. I'm a poor friend.
