I thought this was custom but now we see it used quite more often on the Portuguese public Television (with some OMG CAPS + FF din on some shows).
I don't think these two come from the same font, RTP could be a custom logo (CA Aircona is close). The second line I don't now but reminds me a semi-squooshed version of M
