Who, when, what , where (maybe how)...
These ornaments are included in Adobe Minion.
Damn -- wrong Slimbach face! I started with Adobe Garamond...
Hee hee hee... B^)
LOL. How about that? I didn't know it would be that simple, I thought I had photocopied from some rare esoteric manuscript!
Actually the bottom right ornament with the hanging double leaf is not in the Minion characterset so I wonder of the origin before adopted by Minion.
You don't get off that easy!
Hm? They are all in there …
The very last on YOUR sample is simply cut off.
I am surprised @Renko you are satisfied that it is there because of a buggy white space?
The last form is not in Minion Pro which suggests I have stumbled across the source for these. If everyone is satisfied in just identifying the font [x] [MinionPro] that uses all but one of the forms above - that's OK [well done], but I also am interested in what the actual source is without having to actually ask Robert Slimbach directly.
I see it now (in your example) and am totally embarrassed.
I withdraw my 'slander' and humbly appologise.
Great work... [blush]
*smiles* You are welcome, Michael. We simply forget the last posts, okay? ;^D
It is safe to trust Rainer -- he is seldom wrong. ;^)
Now you make me blush, sir. Thanks, Yves.
