Any idea what typeface "Wondergirl" might be?
Thanks in advance.
Samples don't seem to show up this morning ;-)
that's it!
I'm seeing at least two versions of each character - one with a more standard letter shape, and one that's more outlandish.
The regular characters sort of remind me of ITC Ronda.

The wonders of OpenType stylistic sets :-)
Or, they might simply have put alternates into the lowercase spots.
It's probably custom. It looks like the work of Identikal who has created custom fonts for Dazed & Confused in the past.

Goodness. I've got a new craving. Gimme that font!
Nice blend of linear and organic elements. Not over done. Thanks for passing this along!

Any update?? Please !
The 'r' of this typeface looks a lot like the 'k' of the typeface 'sansation'. But i'd agree that it's custom.
wow!! that is gorgeous
who made it? and is it not for sale? it should be BEAUTIFUL!
I got this reply from Agata Wycichowska, the designer of the gorgeous font:

Hi Kay,
Happy to hear you like the mag! We're changing design teams so March issue will be the last use for this typeface.
(1) The font is called Dazedface, and was used in editorial features, fashion stories and covers. (The example jpg is an editorial opener).
(2) Designed and built inhouse by me.
(3) It's currently not distributed, but we might look into foundries if anyone is interested.
thanks, Agata Wycichowska
