Similar to French hand font

Any one know what font this is? Was told it was used for a closed restaurant in Los Angeles...so we know the font exists...
any help would be appreciated...

It's not exact but E-phemera's Coldstyle is pretty close, and even comes with small caps.

looks like its based on Fleishmann

Lineto’s Parragon is close but does not have the fabulous texture of your sample.
