The shapes of the A and W suggest Berlin Sans with a heavy stroke, but the e and G do not...

I was gonna say Klimax or Fedra Sans Display Black but it's neither. It does look familiar though.

Where does the sample come from?

I agree that Facebuster is a similar typeface, but I can’t imagine it was actually the starting point.
