Actually by Paul J. Lloyd, one of our regulars, aka Greater Albion Typefoundry. An Alex Winterbottom also claims (c) for it under the name of "Rothenburg Decorative" (same digital data as Ruritania). Dieter Steffmann only added extended character sets to the Rothenburg font.
