Can anyone possibly help with this font face? I've gone through countless category's on Dafont.Com thinking that I've seen this font on the website, apparently I was wrong,or I'm just not looking in the right place. Any who,can anyone help me?

I think it's fontdiner.com from, well, fontdiner.com

Yes, it is. It's one of fontdiner.com's free fonts, called Fontdinerdotcom Sparkly. Available under the "Free Silverware" section at fontdiner.com.
