P22 Underground Bold is pretty close, as far as the letters go, but it doesn't have that stylin' apostrophe...

Looks to me like the free font Nevis Bold, but with an added stroke and the apostrophe looks like its a comma...

The bowls on that 'B' are pretty shabby. Interestingly, that's how the apostrophes are in the font. Also interesting that they decided to add a stroke . . .
