Looks like Copperplate Gothic, very popular for formal stationery.

Don't think it's Copperplate. The letters don't have the really sharp serifs on them.

Could be Sackers Gothic, or Blair.

Engravers Gothic is like Copperplate Gothic, but without the serifs.
