Can someone help me identify this font? An advertiser wants this exact font used in their ad, and I haven't been able to find this EXACT font. Only similar ones. I'm sure there is someone out there that is better at this that me. Please help.

What makes you think this is a font? Most likely, these are custom letters. Windsor is the best approximation with digital fonts that I am aware of. See also Trieste.
