Looks like Helvetica Neue Black, "kissing". Wonder how the slit between R and w originated...
The curved parts of a character normally "overshoot" the flat parts to make it look even optically. The two rows of characters have been position so closely that the overshoots are overlapping, but not closely enough that the flats touch or overlap.
I think it's actually Helvetica Neue 85 Heavy, not Black (95).
