This looks to me like they used Times Bold as a starting point. Except for the outline and shadow effects, the o and e are unaltered and you can see bits of Times Bold in the other letters.

Whoa, this is definitely not a font, Nick, and even if it started
from one it was customized so thoroughly you might as well
draw what you need from scratch.
