Hmm.. Looks like good, old 'Helvetica', to me..
( Edit.: Just in case you are also looking for the 'do not remove tag' tag bitmap / pixel font, that would be 'Redensek', from Fontalicious.. )

The Nylon masthead is set in Futura, while the jane article is
set in Berthold Akzidenz-Grotesk, not Helvetica like the titles
on the cover.
