Can anyone identify the font used in the Logo for 'I Love You're Perfect Now Change'? See attached image..

At first, I found Wagner Grotesk. It had a similar Y, but the G and N, for example, were obviously wrong.
URW Oklahoma gets the Y and G both right, but it clearly isn't the right face either.
