You were probably thinking of Letterhead Fonts:


It will take a bit of work to make any bold script font look like that. Have a look at the scripts here at Letterhead Fonts which are aimed at traditional signmakers, and have a look through their gallery & tutorials to see how they get this sort of effect.

Hand lettering is the best way to achieve this. Short of that: Casey, Fan Script

The 'C' may have been inspired by Candice.

The ‘heer’ might be based on Flamenco.

The shading is based on Cabaret which the show used for the actors' names in the opening titles.
