can some one tell me what type of font is used on the "KENNEDY FOR PRESIDENT" PART

I’d rather try Les Tres by Claudia Kipp.
I'm confused. Didn't that come out 2005?
The poster of course does not feature any digital font, but ‘Les Tres’ at least comes reasonably close in terms of glyph shape, to my mind.
