I believe this font is called Beach Savage. what I want to know is who designed it ?

Ole, have you tried opening it up in FOG and reading the font information?

Isn't that something David Carson or a Garagefonts font?

It's Alternate Gothic with knobs on it. Morris Fuller Benton designed it; I don't know who bowlderized it, but I hope they suffer the wrath of vengeful ghosts.
