Some superficial similarities with Tema Cantante from, yes, T-26 but no cigar.

Yep, I've searched T26 before posting, been on chase fonts also... nothing matched.

I've also ruled out Psy/Ops, and everything on Veer that might use this style (Alias, Device, Fountain, Virus, G-Type). It's not Emigr

Nothing there that matches the a and e.

This is halfway to serif, tho. I'm not sure it falls into either category.
