I just started messing with a logo design for a web design company "DKA" they already have a bird in there logo and requested it be used in there new one. Constructive criticism please!

not knowing to very much about the company. i definitely see a Toucan. comes across as a pet store. more organic then techie.

Yea, I would say back to the concpeting stage or even back to the brief. What is this attempting to communicate? DKA means nothing, and the style and bird suggest what those above pointed out.
