I'm sorry for being to hasty I totally forgot to search first. Thank you for the link. The thread doesn't seem to be marked as solved though, but it sure looks like Helvetica Neue UltraLight.

Though the question still stands unanswered: which font is it? And what about the subtitle?

No match, but Neutraface Thin or Light (alt) certainly comes close.
Defenitely not Helvetica, G is totally different.

It's almost certainly Graphik, by Christian Schwartz of Commercial Type.
