What happened to Intellecta?

Paulo W's site, www.intellectadesign.com.br , can't be found. It doesn't even seem to be in the DNS servers' list. Does anybody know whether this is a temporary glitch or is it no longer in existence?

Paulo W's original Intellecta site is no longer in existence, and hasn't been for almost a year. He DOES have a new site, of sorts:
