Does a script exist which comes close to the script from the title page of the 1611 King James Bible?

And I'm embarrassed to admit that I can't think of the name of the style either. Do you know that too?

Thanks, Akira. After I lazily tweeted my questions I did dig around MyFonts and found those. And someone on Twitter reminded me of Aquiline as well. It seems that no type designers have bothered to do a nice revival of this style. Not everything has been pillaged! ;)

The great Cancellaresca Bastarda of Jan van Krimpen (never digitized) has some resemblance. And Poetica has somewhat of the concept. But these both have a different feeling from your sample.

Yes, sad that there is nothing close enough. Thank you, William.

Copperplate 1672 WF also seems to share some characteristics.
