PDFs not attaching

I'm wondering if there are any users having problems attaching PDFs?
To be clear, I go through the motions of attaching. It seems attached. But when I hit save nothing is listed.

If I try to attach a pdf and click on preview, when the next page loads, the "list" box unchecks itself. The file is under 1mb and the name contains only letters (all lower case) and numbers.

Any updates on this situation? I tried uploading a PDF today with no success.
