Came up before. It's called Industria, "house font of Saturday Group, created for Industrie magazine. It's a custom version based on a Big Caslon." It's somehow remembering me Americana...
There is also a similar one called GoldenbookOSF Light - (C) 2003, Mark Simonson http://new.myfonts.com/search/goldenbook+Light/
