i'm currently working on a fashion project
and need to find some good typefaces that
are similar to Optima.
Any ideas?

I have LHF Stevens Percepta (awkward name!) from Letterhead Fonts. It's like Optima but with a more distinctive personality and alternates.

Young Finesse is a very light version of Optima that works well at very large sizes.
Mentor Sans is one I quite like. It has a bit more of a chiseled look. The lower case is particularly nice.
