Fonts used in 70's era Harrowsmith Reader

So the fonts in Harrowsmith Reader are amazing... I'd like to identify as many as possible for a project I'm working on, or at least come up with some close matches. See attached image, any ideas?

Back to Main Street could be Grouch.

Awesome, thank you. Grouch is super close and I actually like it even better.

The italic subhead is a Century of some kind -- I looked at Century Schoolbook, Oldstyle, Expanded and ITC Century but didn't find an exact match, although all of them are reasonably close.

Harrowsmith is American Typewriter Bold Condensed
