Stop searching! i found it myself its a free font called DeannasHand
I found it here: http://handwritingfonts.virtualave.net/fonts/1.html (page 7)

Not at the top of my head, unfortunately. Apart from the usual suspects, I've always found handwritten fonts tough to ID.
